Subscription and Payment
We accept all major global credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. However, please be aware that we do not accept payments from Russia and Belarus due to our policy regarding transactions from aggressor countries.
Since we are registered in Ukraine, your payment will be processed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). We can process payments in any currency, and the USD amount will be converted based on the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Your subscription will be charged on a monthly basis, depending on the date you sign up. For example, if you subscribe on the 5th of the month, you’ll be charged on the 5th of each subsequent month.
Your subscription remains active for as long as you choose to keep it and is automatically renewed on a monthly or yearly basis.
Yes, the payment will be automatically deducted each month, ensuring uninterrupted access to our resources.
You can cancel your subscription by going to My account > Subscription in your account settings. Once canceled, you will still have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
You can find your invoices by going to My Account → Orders. Next to each subscription payment, you’ll see a Download Invoice button. Click it to view or save a PDF copy of your invoice.
Please contact us with the updated billing information, and we will ensure that your invoices reflect the correct details.
No worries! If your payment didn’t go through, your card wasn’t charged. Payment failures can happen for a few reasons, such as bank restrictions or regional limitations from our payment processor. Here’s what you can try:
1. Try another card (quickest fix)
The easiest solution is to attempt the purchase again using a different card. This usually solves the issue right away.
2. Use a manual payment (annual plans only)
If other cards don’t work, we can arrange a manual payment — available for annual plans only. Just contact us with your preferred payment method, and we’ll send you simple step-by-step instructions. We currently support PayPal, Wise, and Crypto.

Materials and Access
As a paid subscriber, you can explore and download any lesson materials you need. To keep things fair for everyone, we have a few limits in place, but if you’re on an annual or team plan, you’ll enjoy unlimited downloads with no restrictions.
Dark mode has become increasingly popular in recent years, offering a screen experience that is easier on the eyes, especially at night. This feature is particularly useful for students in different time zones, providing a comfortable viewing option during nighttime hours. Additionally, it can be a stylish choice for your lessons. We’re proud to be the first ESL website to offer this feature, and many of our subscribers love it.
You can use the filters on our lesson page to sort by levels and topics that interest you. Additionally, the search bar is a helpful tool for quickly finding specific content.
Unfortunately, the materials cannot be edited. They are provided as ready-to-use resources.
No, the materials are provided as PDF files. We believe PDFs are the industry standard and are preferred by most ESL teachers. However, if you’d like to make them interactive, you can use third-party websites or tools, as we currently don’t offer built-in interactivity.
We release a new lesson every 2–3 days, so you always have fresh material to keep your students engaged.
Yes, we’d love to hear your ideas! Please send us a message with your suggestions, including any references or links, and we’ll consider them for future content.
Yes! If you’re on the Annual plan, you can request up to 3 custom lessons per year. Just tell us the topic, level, and type of activity you need. Don’t forget to include a reference (like a video, article, or anything you'd like the lesson to be based on). We’ll take it from there.
Sharing a personal subscription violates our terms and conditions and will result in a permanent account ban without a refund. Our system monitors account activity, and any suspicious sharing will lead to immediate termination of access. If you’re looking to share access with others, we recommend our group subscription plan, which offers custom pricing tailored for teams or businesses.
Lesson Plans and Tools
You can find the lesson you need by using the filters or search bar on our lesson page.
To open videos, click on the video link provided in the PDF document, then share your screen with your students. Please note that videos cannot be played directly within the PDF file.
We don’t offer direct downloads for videos. However, you may explore browser plugins that allow you to download videos from YouTube.
We use a horizontal layout because it’s the best format for online teaching. This layout ensures that each page focuses on just one activity at a time, minimizing distractions. Additionally, it features beautiful images related to the lesson topic, enhancing the visual experience. If you plan to use this format in a classroom setting, we recommend displaying it on a large screen for the best results.
Yes! In August 2024, we introduced a new printable format, and in October 2025, we updated it again to make it even more print-friendly and fit more content per page. While we encourage minimizing paper use, we understand that many educators prefer printed materials, and we’ve got you covered.
