1. Retry your purchase

Try buying again with a different card to see if that resolves the issue. If it doesn’t work, simply move on to Option 2 for an alternative solution.

2. Alternative payment method
Backup method
Select your subscription plan, and you'll be redirected to a backup payment provider. Once you complete the payment, we’ll manually connect it to your account within a few minutes.

3. Direct payment via PayPal, Wise, or Crypto
Manual payment
If the first two options didn’t work, we can arrange a manual payment. This option is only available for 12-month plans as it requires a full setup. Simply fill out the form with your name, email, and preferred payment method, and we’ll send you the instructions. We accept PayPal, Wise, and Crypto.
