We accept all major global credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. However, please be aware that we do not accept payments from Russia and Belarus due to our policy regarding transactions from aggressor countries.
Since we are registered in Ukraine, your payment will be processed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). We can process payments in any currency, and the USD amount will be converted based on the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Your subscription will be charged on a monthly basis, depending on the date you sign up. For example, if you subscribe on the 5th of the month, you’ll be charged on the 5th of each subsequent month.
Your subscription remains active for as long as you choose to keep it and is automatically renewed on a monthly or yearly basis.
You can easily cancel your subscription by going to My Account > My Subscription in your account settings. Once canceled, you will still have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

The most common issue is restrictions on your end. Please carefully review the error message displayed on the screen and contact your bank to ensure they aren’t blocking the transaction. You can also try placing the order again using a different card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If none of these options work, feel free to contact us, and we’ll quickly help you find a solution.
Sharing a personal subscription violates our terms and conditions and will result in a permanent account ban without a refund. Our system monitors account activity, and any suspicious sharing will lead to immediate termination of access.
